Access & accounts
Do I need an account or a subscription?
Sign in to use either app, including Free. Full is a one-time purchase of $8.99 USD or 200 transferable Tibia Coins, covering Web and Desktop. There is no subscription.
Can I buy a key for someone else?
Yes. Buy an unclaimed gift key and give it to the recipient. The account that redeems it becomes its owner. A key already linked to an account cannot be freely moved to another account.
How do I activate Full or recover access?
Open Account → Already have a key? → Link key. Contact support if it belongs to another account. Refunded or revoked keys lose Full access.
Hunts & shared data
What syncs between Web and Desktop?
Saved app records, choices, notes and supported planners sync through your account. Original logs, screenshots and exported videos stay on your PC. Select their original folders in each app; no shared folder is needed.
Are my hunts shared publicly?
Only when you choose to share them. Account sync is separate from publishing a hunt to public Boards. Public sharing requires a verified character and an eligible, complete hunt of at least 15 minutes.
How should I read Boards and task estimates?
Compare level, vocation, party size, sample count and event or edit flags. Rates come from shared hunts; task estimates use the matching kill or loot pace. Results vary with the available data and your own hunt.
What should I do when saved changes need review?
Select Review in the sync banner to open the saved-changes review. Compare the named record and its differences, then choose the version you want to use. Both versions remain in edit history. Differences that only reflect equivalent automatic bookkeeping do not need a manual choice.
Setup & compatibility
Which devices and browsers work?
Desktop runs on Windows 10 and 11. Use the Web app in Chrome or Edge on a PC for local folder access. Reconnect those folders after reopening or reloading Web.
Do I need OBS, and can Translator help me reply?
OBS is only needed for Desktop overlays and Translator. Translator reads selected chat content and prepares replies in another language. Other tools can be used without OBS.
Can I use it offline?
An internet connection is required to open the apps and sync. An already-open app preserves unfinished work during brief interruptions and retries saved changes on reconnect. Extended interruptions pause further account edits.
Does it modify Tibia or automate gameplay?
No client injection, memory reading or writing, client patching, or automated gameplay input. Logs and screenshots are read from folders you choose. Optional timer hotkeys do not record what you type. See How it works for the full explanation.
Companions & rewards
How do I earn Tokens?
Eligible saved hunts award 5 Tokens; an eligible public share adds 5. Your first qualifying hunt gives a one-time 20-Token welcome bonus. Your account’s first saved hunt at each recognized hunting ground adds 10, without public sharing. The larger 25-Token first-public-data reward is separate. Do my earlier hunts count for first-visit rewards?
Yes. Connect the logs for a verified character and claim earlier hunts in Shopkeeper → Rewards & receipts. Each eligible, previously unrewarded hunting ground counts once across your account. One hundred hunts at the same place still give one first-visit bonus. Refreshing or reimporting cannot award it again.
Are all Shopkeeper items cosmetic?
Icons, shared flair, card borders and Boards appearances only change presentation. One flair purchase can be used on your character icon or owned companions; each target has one flair at a time. Candy and relics affect companion gameplay inside TibiaNexus, never your Tibia character’s combat.
Is there a pet level cap?
Pet training continues beyond level 20. Hunt XP and candy keep raising levels, and one candy adds one level. Higher levels help campaign adventures and the Endless climb. Weekly Ascended challenges equalize combat stats, so buying candy does not give a stat advantage there.
What changes between dungeons, weekly trials and the Endless climb?
The campaign has twelve regions with recommended levels up to 75. Weekly trials offer a shared challenge, equalized stats and three difficulties. The Endless climb uses your own levels and relic as you attempt higher depths. Weekly trials and the climb unlock after Infernal Depths.
How do relics and enemy weaknesses work?
Equip one of five party relics at camp. Each has a benefit and a drawback; it stays locked for that expedition and does not apply in equalized weekly trials. A matching direct hit deals 15% extra damage to a weak enemy. There are no resistance or immunity penalties. Enemy weaknesses enter weekly trials at the September 28, 2026 reset.
Will my Boards appearance update earlier shared hunts?
Yes. An equipped Boards appearance follows the verified character on existing eligible shared hunts as well as new shares. Refresh the Boards after equipping it; you do not need to share the hunt again.
