Get the most our of TibiaNexus and level up your gameplay.

From install to a working setup: what to configure first, how OBS Studio fits in, how to log hunts, and where to activate your key.

Quick Start

Get from install to first usable session fast.

  1. Download and open the Windows build.
  2. Start in free mode and configure the tools you want first.
  3. Set your hunt folder, translator chat area, or overlay regions.
  4. If you want overlays or translator, install OBS Studio and connect it inside TibiaNexus.
  5. Run a real hunt or add a party log so the app has real data to work with.
OBS Studio Note

Why OBS Studio is part of TibiaNexus.

Tibia can block normal capture methods. TibiaNexus uses OBS Studio for overlays and in-game translator capture so those features work without hooking into or modifying the Tibia client.

Needed for overlays and translator Set TibiaNexus to use OBS Studio, then start the camera from OBS.
Not needed for Hunt Analyzer Hunt logs, screenshots, and analyzer history can still be used without OBS.

What the setup actually looks like

OBS Studio Setup

OBS Studio setup is basically three steps.

  1. In OBS Studio, open Tools > WebSocket Server Settings.
  2. Create a server password, then click Apply and OK.
  3. In TibiaNexus Settings, enter that password, click Test OBS, then Experimental Auto Setup.

If those steps succeed, OBS Studio should be ready inside TibiaNexus with a Tibia game capture source for overlays and in-game capture.

Hunt Analyzer Logging

How to create hunts TibiaNexus can actually analyze.

  1. Solo hunts: save the hunt session file when the hunt is over.
  2. Party hunts: copy the Party Hunt summary from Tibia.
  3. In Hunting Analyzer, click Add Party Logs, paste your clipboard, then hit Add Hunt.
  4. TibiaNexus uses those inputs to build the analyzer session, compare runs, and keep history clean.
Activation Steps

Where to enter your key

  1. Open TibiaNexus on Windows.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Paste your license key into the License Key field.
  4. Click Activate Key.
  5. If the key is valid, full mode unlocks immediately.

You do not need a key to start in free mode. Activation is only for unlocking full mode later.
