These terms apply when you download, install, purchase, or use TibiaNexus.

1. Acceptance

By using TibiaNexus, you agree to these terms and any purchase, licensing, or refund terms tied to your order.

2. License

A purchased key gives one user access to full mode, subject to the license rules, activation limits, and refund or revocation policies attached to that key.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not redistribute unauthorized copies, reverse engineer the software, interfere with licensing, or use TibiaNexus for unlawful or abusive activity.

4. Field Reports Sharing

Field Reports sharing is optional. If you choose to share hunts, you are responsible for the accuracy of the submitted data, any character verification you perform, and any edits or re-syncs you make after publication.

5. Public Boards, Verification, and Moderation

Shared hunts may appear on public leaderboards, place pages, task pages, and future competitions. TibiaNexus may flag, hide, review, disqualify, or remove shared entries that appear manipulated, abusive, misleading, incomplete, or in violation of event rules or these terms.

6. Availability

Some features depend on online services and may be changed, limited, or unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, security, updates, or infrastructure issues.

7. Liability

TibiaNexus is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.
